14 days, no questions

If VibeNotch isn't right for you, you can get a full refund of the £9.99 within 14 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to hear what didn't work.

How to ask

Email hey@byrayan.dev from the address you bought with, or include your order reference, and ask for a refund.

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Polar processes it, and it usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated, so VibeNotch will stop working on your Mac. Your settings stay on your Mac, so if you buy again later, you can pick up where you left off.

After 14 days

We don't normally give refunds after 14 days. If something has gone wrong, for example VibeNotch has stopped working on your Mac after an update, get in touch anyway and we'll do our best to sort it out. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
